SJP Opens Her First Shoe Shop

SARAH JESSICA PARKER is opening the doors of her first shoe shop, within New York department store Nordstrom. Fans of Sex and the City spent years watching Carrie Bradshaw skip from shoe shop to shoe shop, lusting after shoes from Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo, to Prada and Dolce & Gabbana - and the actress was just as excited as her on-screen alter ego as she welcomed press inside.
"This vision felt like a mere dream five weeks ago," Parker smiled. "The best part is having Nordstrom be enthusiastic about this particular brand and collection."
And far from basking in the success of her debut line, which will be stocked by Nordstrom exclusively this first season, Parker is on to the next collection - for spring/summer 2015 - already.
Here is her shoe collection.

I was expecting more from her to be honest. The shoe collection is not amazing, it's alright. SJP is know for her love to high heels, therefore I would expect from her better designs. What do you think about her collection?

Milan Fashion Week Street Style

Another Fashion week and another bunch of inspiration pictures. See what the editors, bloggers and street style enthusiasts wore around the Milan Fashion Week show circuit.

Fashion blogger Valentina Siragusa relished Milan's sunshine in floral motifs and bare legs.

The lace trend continued outside Roberto Cavalli - this time on a coat dress and open toe booties.

More relaxed show goers opted for rolled-up jeans and a tee, block heels and a statement coat. Loving this look, it would be my daily look. So simple but yet chic and girly:-)

This show goer let her fawn print Carven coat do all the talking.

This show goer evoked a tropical vibe with various shades of green. Very vivid colours , you would stand out from the crowd wearing them!

Full skirts and lace-up heels created ladylike drama. Those prints say it all. Looking gorgeous hun!

This show goer stood out with head-to-toe print in relaxed silhouettes.

Outside the Fendi show.

Oversized motifs added a playful touch outside Max Mara.

Which look is your favourite?

Review- L'Oreal - Skin Perfection 3 in 1 purifying micellar solution

Hiya All,

As I promised I got myself L'Oreal- skin Perfection 3 in 1 purifying micellar solution cleanser. Here is the list of the best micellar cleansers. i reviewed previously

So what can I say about it?

This cleanser is fab. It takes all the dirt off your face. It is quick and easy to use and it doesn't sting your eyes when you're removing your make up. Also it doesn't contain alcohol so it's suitable for sensitive skin.

To use this product I use cotton pad and apply the solution to the pad and then I sweep over my face (gently) and let the solution dissolve the make up. First I felt that I've used a water. It was a bit weird sensation, I wasn't really sure if I'm going to remove make up, until i checked the cotton pad. I repeat that process until I remove all the make up.
Even tho it says it will remove all my make up, I like to use tonic water. I just want to be sure that everything is gone.

The only downside about this product will be the design of the bottle, you have to be careful when pouring this onto the cotton pad.  As the hole on the bottle is quite big and sometimes you can over pour onto the cotton pad leaving it too wet and wasting the product, or the solution ends up dribbling down the side of the product. So be careful.  But despite this it won’t put me off buying this product.

Overall I can recommend this product :-)

Did you use it? What do you think about this product?

Autumn/Winter 2014 Beauty trends

THE best place to discover next season's beauty trends is backstage at the shows, where the hair and make-up teams are busy creating the looks that will define the season.

Donna KaranCharlotte Tilbury lined eyes in black and used silver shadow for a smoky effect at Donna Karan, pairing the look with dewy skin. For hair, Eugene Souleiman created a flat, gelled circle around the head, whilst the remaining hair was pinned into a messy, matt twist at the back.

3.1 Phillip LimAn almost masculine take on minimal beauty was on show at 3.1 Phillip Lim, with full brows, glowing skin and contoured cheeks by Francelle Daly. Hair, by Paul Hanlon, was textured and swept back from the face, with oil applied through the roots for a wet-look finish.

Diane von FurstenbergThe Ballet Russes was the inspiration at Diane von Furstenberg, where Orlando Pita created messy ballerina buns with an undone finish. The make-up was equally pretty, with glossy mauve lids and plenty of contouring and highlighting by James Kaliardos giving models an off-duty ballerina beauty.

ThankoonAlmost like an upside-down eyeliner flick, Diane Kendal's make-up look at Thakoon focused upon rust-coloured eyeliner worn along the lower lash line and flicked out, whilst the rest of the make-up was simple and pared-back. Hair, by Odile Gilbert, was textured and slightly wet-looking, swept casually to one side.

Derek LamHeavy, petrol-coloured eyeshadow was applied all around models' eyes at Derek Lam. Make-up artist Tom Pecheux kept the rest of the make-up simple, to let the ringed eyes do the talking. For hair, Orlando Pita created ponytails that were centre-parted and tight at the top, and voluminous and textured through the length of the hair.

Alexander Wang Guido Palau was the brains behind the futuristic hair at Alexander Wang, which was parted low on one side and lacquered into low-tied ponytails that were tucked into coats and jackets. For make-up, androgyny was key. Diane Kendal kept make-up to a minimum and bleached brows for a uniform, monochrome look.

AltuzarraOdile Gilbert pulled hair back into DIY-style buns at Altuzarra. Eyes took the focus when it came to the make-up, with Tom Pecheux using a green-based gold glitter across the lids. The rest of the face was kept neutral, with lips painted a glossy nude.

Prabla GurungHair at Prabal Gurung was straightened and side-parted by Paul Hanlon and his team before being tucked into jewellery and scarves for the catwalk. Make-up, by Diane Kendal, was minimal, matt and masculine, with groomed brows, lightly flushed cheeks and beige shadow to define the eyes.

Rag & BoneWith their graphic black liner and blush-free cheeks, the models at Rag & Bone wore a tomboy take on classic make-up, by Gucci Westman. Paul Hanlon used plenty of product to create a mussed-up texture in the hair, scraping it back into ultra-casual knots for a "don't care" cool.

Jason WuBoyish beauty at Jason Wu, with Diane Kendal using a light foundation, blush and subtle eyeliner to complement the straight brows. Odile Gilbert pulled hair back into messy chignon-like styles, kept tight to the head at the sides and with a little volume at the top.

My favourite make ups are by: 3.1 Phillip LimAltuzarra, Jason Wu & Prabal Gurung. Which ones do you like the most?
