xmas decoration.

Hiya all,

Today I wanna share with you how to make a xmas decoration- well I'm going to show ya how I made my xmas wreath. I used an old and seriously bland IKEA wreath, paper ribbon, leaves (I just picked them from outside of my house, then I used the spray paint to change the colour).

First step- make sure that your wreath is not longer bland! Well white doesn't make it exciting, but it's a start:-)
I used the same paint that I used for painting my chested drawers.

It was drying for a long time but it's worth a wait:-)

In my xmas decoration box I found below piece- not even sure where did I get it from, but it was good enough to become a part of my wreath. I used the same paint to colour it.

The grey paint made it even more to stand out

Here is the final result.

So what do you think?

old frame

Hi All,

I know it's after xmas, but I still have few decorations to share with you. You can easily use them not only during the festive season. This frame can be used to decorate your room:-)

I've had at home piece of stripey material I bought a while ago and an old leather frames that I didn't use. I'm not even sure where I got the wooden angel. Well as I said I like to recycle:-)

This DIY is very simple and it will take you few minutes to convert your old frames :-)

So what you need:
- piece of material
- scissors
- ribbon
- decorative piece- Wooden angel, bow
- white pain

First of all I used white paint to change the colour of the wooden angel. You can use any paint you have at home.

Then I've cut a piece of material (it doesn't have to be straight, so don't worry if it's not). Make sure to wrap tightly frame with your material.

Then you can get creative :-)

You should know me by now- i'm a fan of simple things:-)

Hope ya liked it

O'Bazzië Satchels

Hi all,

I wanted to share with you with my latest collaboration with O'Bazzië Classics. O'Bazzië Classics offers Simple, Well-designed and Classic Leather Accessories with a timeless fashion personality

O'Bazzië Classics was created and founded by Ebenezer Obasiolu, a West Africa native, after losing his beloved grandmother due to lack of financial support for her medical needs. The dedication and love that he had for his grandmother carried over into his education and adventures in America where he started out as an engineer: "I decided that never again would I lose a loved one because of financial misfortune," Ebenezer said, "Out of boredom in my engineering classes, I would randomly sketch satchels and briefcases at the corner of my paper (lol don't even ask). I had so many crazy designs for them; i guess my creativity juices tend to flow in engineering classes. I turned my love for random satchel/briefcase sketches into a functioning company, with the sole aim of creating Simple, Well-designed, and Classic Leather Satchels with a timeless fashion personality while providing educational supplies to school children in Africa at the purchase of every O'Bazzië product."

O'Bazzië is definitely the designer to look forward too. I adore their admiration to the quality of the product. Leather is definitely the way to go. Those satchels remind me a bit of the really old school bags:-) I'm more than sure that they will be timeless. They are also unisex. So boys and girls- both of ya can have them:-)

They are currently at the process of creating their website, so I will keep you posted once they are finished.

In the mean time you can find them on instagram and facebook. Here is also their Twitter page @obazzieclassics. For more information regarding their products you can check out those videos on the  youtube:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvp40U1JphQ and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSUoAK20gzA

What do you think? Would you like to have this satchel in your own wardrobe?
I think they are simple, functional and they will work for everybody.

Happy xmas everybody

3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel finally arrived:-)

Hi All,

First of all apologises for not being active for a while now, but I was at the hospital. On Friday i just had a baby girl and now we're at home. Getting used to the idea of being a mother and getting to the habit of minding the baby- I have to say it's a hard work.
Any way here is the post I prepared when I was in the last weeks of my pregnancy.

Here it is: I cannot be happier to show you my new purchase. It took me ages to order this bag. I think I didn't spend so much on a single bag for a long time. But here it is. I love it.
It's a bit heavy (when it's empty), but the quality of the leather is so good. The zip details are fantastic. I mean this is every fashionista's heaven:-) Well I will let you judge on your own. So here it is:

So what do you think?

I was wearing ZARA jacket, PRIMARK beanie, scarf, gloves, jeans & necklace, MANGO jumper, ASH sneakers & 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel.

DIY- cute bedroom pictures

Hiya all,

As I promised I have another of my DIY project. This time I converted my old frames into two pictures that I hang in the bedroom. I used to have my wedding pictures in them.

Here is what I used for my DIY project:
- IKEA frames available in here
- IKEA decorating ribbon
- strong glue
- white paint
- wallpaper that I originally bought to do my chested drawer
- wicker hearth is from PRIMARK
- wooden hearth (I got it a while ago in Heilderberg)

I started with painting both hearts with the white paint. I used wallpaper as a background. To connect both hearts I used IKEA green ribbon.

There ya go:-)

Here is the rest of the bedroom. I made some more changes so have a look and let me know what do you think.

small xmas decoration

Hiya All,

As xmas are around the corner I wanted to share with you with my little DIY projects. I want to start with this tiny one and I will finish off showing ya my new "retro chested drawer" that I did myself:-)

As you probably know I'm a fan of recycling. I use what I have at home to create new decorations. I've had at home two rectangular vases that I used for decoration, candles or for flowers. They needed a new life! Here is what I found at home:

- 3  Angels
- white ribbon
- wallpaper

I needed scissors & strong glue to finish my DIY:-)

First step: I made sure that I knew what I wanted to do and if I've had enough material- lucky me I've had enough ribbon:-)
Plus you better off decide in advance where do u want to glue your angels, cos you might make a mess.

So once you have your wallpaper ready and you know where your angels will be glued- you can start your tiny DIY project.

I glued wallpaper first, then ribbon and in the end my cute angels.

So here they are.

You even have a little glimpse of my retro chested drawer. So what do you think?

Good Brows: A Guide

BIG brows have been in the fashion spotlight for several seasons and, now that you've grown them out, the key is to keep them full but tidy. Autumn/winter 2013's handsome beauty looks were always underpinned by a pair of strong and well-groomed brows, with Stella McCartney, Chloe, Balmain and Victoria Beckham showcasing the most stylish examples.
And the "natural look" is no longer enough - brow make-up is essential for truly polished results.
"Pencils are great for women who want to draw in shape - filling brows will make them look fuller and define your eye area," says Shavata Singh, owner of Shavata Brow Studio. "To apply, use soft, sweeping movements."
Even women with naturally thick brows should use brow colour for added depth - just pick a colour close to your own to fill in gaps and enhance shape. To complete the look, and for extra polish, eyebrow gel will hold hairs neatly in place all day.
But the ultimate building block for great brows is paying them plenty of attention - and seeking the help of a brow expert is a good start. Having your brows professionally shaped will provide the perfect base for a style that complements your own face and eye shape. From there, you can carry on the good work yourself. And work it is - maintenance should be daily, according to Singh: "It's a lot easier to tweeze one or two stray hairs everyday and maintain the correct shape, than doing it once a week."

Here are the tools and products selected by Vogue UK:

This tinted cream-gel - available in five different shades - fills in colour while keeping brows neat and tidy.

Shavata

With two shades, Dusk and Dawn, this pencil is perfect for creating a natural look - just use the darker colour to define and the lighter colour to highlight.

Shavata Double-Ended Pencil. £8.50; available atwww.shavata.co.uk

How do you keep your brows in shape? Do you have any favourite products? I was thinking of doing permanent make up, so I wouldn't have to do my brows every day. That would be so much easier. Well I got already a voucher so in January I will be heading to beautician:-) I will definitely share my experience with you.
