I'm addicted to MAC- Part 2

Hiya MAC lovers!

As I said I love MAC. I mean what's not to love about them....... Well their prices are killing me, but girls you got to treat your face sometimes.

My must have is MAC FIX +. I cannot live without it. apparently it's Beyonce Favourite product too:-)
According to MAC this is super-hydrating formula of Studio Moisture Fix with superlative protection from sun and environmental aggressions. Starts with broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection of SPF 15 that goes on sheer. Mega-moisturizing, rich, lightweight and fast-absorbing. Keeps skin plump and soft. Excellent prep for makeup. Releases moisture and emollients onto the skin continually/all day. Enhanced with mineral-enriched spring water, it's an instant spritz of moisture with the benefits of protection.
To me Fix + it's like a spring water. I use it to finish my make-up. My skin feels moist and fresh once I spray my face with it. The make up finish looks natural and I feel like it sets better. It cost less than €20 and it last for a long time so it's really good. You can use it instead of the spring water during the summer. It does the job too!

Lip pencil- This pencil is designed for shaping, lining or filling in the lip. It has a smooth, creamy texture that is perfect for lining the lips or filling them in. This pencil is soft and it's easy to distribute the color around your lips. It also stays long.

Fluide Eye-liner gel- You have to have a brush for that product. To be honest I found it hard to put it on. Maybe I have too shaky hands or I'm more of a pencil person.
This fluid will give you very deep matt colour finish. You can also use it as an eye shadow as well. It can be used to create smokey eyes look. I have it for a long time now, so you can be sure that you won't have to run in a month to purchase a new jar. The only thing you have to remember is to keep the jar open as short as possible. It can dry easily if you keep it open for a long time. Here is a girl reviewing this product on the youtube, so check it out

Eye Kohl Fascinating pencil. Helps define your beautiful eyes effectively. Contains exclusive ingredients to ensure long-wearing effect. Ophthalmologist-tested. I use it to brighten my eyes and give them a fresh look.

Make up brushes can be an expensive investment so it is important to take care of them by cleaning them effectively. I bet you are thinking that cleaning them by using shampoo and conditioner is enough. Well you are not alone as I was one of you. A proper brush cleanser is important as they contain many different ingredients that will not only condition the hairs of the brush but also anti bacterial ingredients that disinfect and remove bacteria build up from the brush. This is even more important when you suffer from skin break outs or any other skin imperfections. Make sure that you clean your brushes regurally. Using a regular shampoo you will get most of the product out but your brush will be soaking wet for a long time which is not good for it. Real brush cleanser often contains alcohol which allows the brushes to dry much quicker. What i tend to do is to use small bowl. I pour the brush cleanser there then I buff the brush back and forth. To dry it I repeat the same but this time on the kitchen paper. Note that you have to reshape the brush after cleansing just to make sure it will keep the correct shape. You need to also make sure that you won't wet too much the base of the brush. The glue which holds the hair might get loose and brush hair might start to shedd.

MAC brush cleanser has added ingredient of wheat protein which conditions the hairs. This product is specifically designed to extend the life of you brushes. MAC is used backstage at various events so it is vital that the brushes dry quickly and are ready to use almost straight away again. The plus thing it that the smell is not that strong.

The Oscar red carpet- the best dresses

I couldn't wait to get up today to see who wore the most beautiful dress. To be perfectly honest with you girls I expected more spectacular dresses. Here are my favourites

1. Halle Berry in a Versace sequin striped gown she looked amazing. She's almost 50 and her figure is just perfect. I mean whatever she will wear she will always look stunning.

2. Second has to be Charlize Theron. She wore Harry Winston jewellery with her beautiful white Dior Couture dress. It's pure perfection. Very modest dress but she looks amazing in it.

3. Naomi Watts wearing Giorgio Armani silver sequin dress. I love the way it highlight her figure and the top is very interesting. Her hair is perfect for that gown and the minimum jewellery. All together she looks great.

4. Jenifer Aniston. Well I'm not sure whether I like her or I'm bore with her. She always looks the same. I'm so happy that she has chosen red instead of her favourite black colour. She wore red Valentino strapless dress and the only thing I don't like about that look is her hair. I think it's time to change it. She has to stop being Rachel from Friends.

5. Anne Hathaway wore pale pink satin Prada gown and Tiffany jewellery. She looked very girly. Dress in her style. It's not the best she ever wore but she looks ok.

6. Jenifer Lawrence. I have to say I'm not the fan of the dress. I think that Jenifer makes that dress looking good. I never seen her in such a style so I'm a bit surprised, but I think she pulled that look out. She wore a drop-waisted Dior Couture dress and Chopard jewellery.

Well some women looked much better on after party. I've selected only two:

1. Diane Kruger who wore Giambattista Valli Couture dress on the Vanity Fair party

2. Fan Bingbing in a salmon pink gown at the Elton John party looked much better than on the Oscars. I'm not sure why she wore Marchesa duchess satin fuchsia dress. This dress wasn't for her.

What do you think girls, who was your favourite?

My Model crushes

There are so many beautiful models that cause my "temporary depression", but there are two that I admire the most: Anja Rubik and my newest girl crush is Cara Delevingne.

Anja Rubik was born in Rzeszów, Poland on June 12th, 1985. Growing up, Anja lived in Greece, Canada, and South Africa and began modeling full-time after graduating from a British high school in Paris. Rubik can be seen in numerous editorials for Vogue, Numero, Harper's Bazaar, etc. She's been on so many magazine covers that it's hard to count and she walked for the most prestigious designers like Chloe, Balmain, Chanel, Alexander Wang, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Gucci and many more. I admire her own style. I love the way she mixes different styles, materials, I'm also a fan of her make-up abilities. Her flawless skin... How does she always look fresh and so young??? Any time I see her in a hat I want to get one. She can make trousers look sexy, even wearing flats she still looks gorgeous. She is like a chameleon, once you see her looking like a rock chic, and the next time she is looking like a sexy kitten or like a teenager.

And who would think that this little girl become a famous model???

(All pictures are takes from Anja's blog)

If you want to follow her blog here is the address.

My newest crush as I mentioned is Cara Delevingne. She is a British fashion model and the granddaughter of former English Heritage chairman Sir Jocelyn Stevens, the former publisher of Queen magazine and founder of the 60s pirate radio station, Radio Caroline.
In a recent Vogue Emily Sheffield talks to Cara about her career and life. She describes her youthful ping-pong energy (like a crowd of bouncing, shouting children running into a playground). I mean she looks like a happy bunny any time I can see her on the pictures. I have to quote Emily as her description of Cara makes you feel like you are getting to know her better, without even seeing her. If you have the latest Vogue read the article, it's really good. She sounds like she is a mad girl! I love Emily's comparison of Cara to a eccentric English rose, with tomboy tendencies, aura of natural cool and eyebrows that could hold up a 10-storey building. She is a model of the year and like nobody else she collects pop stars. She walked 38 shows last season, so there no doubts 2012 was her year. "This funny, engaging, garrulous beauty is riding the wave of an extraordinary career with good-natured playfulness- whether she's on Vogue cover shoot, last on the dance floor, or bouncing around a stage in a onesie, contorting that amazing elastic face to amuse us. And yet when required, she can be poised and elegant, summoning a nuanced sexuality for the camera, fierce sharp eyes glowing beneath those brow". She is only 20 but I love her, she will not be forgotten too quickly. Not too often fashion world has girls like her.
There was a period in her life when she was recording songs for Simon Fuller, unfortunately it never took off. She was also playing a part in Anna Karenina movie. The funny thing is that she says she's not that girly girl as her sister. I don't know what she does but she looks stunning and her style is very impressive.

MY TOP 5 WISH LIST

I bet many of you have dreamt about having something unattainable? Many times when I buy a lotto ticket my mind travel so fast, I place myself on different continents exploring different countries, buying things that i dreamt off, and enjoying my life to the max!!!!!!!! This feeling doesn't last long, but it's great to be able to dream. What are your items/ things that you would like to have in your wardrobe?

1. The first time when I saw Celine bag I felt like a little girl standing in the Barbie shop. I said I WANT IT!!!!!! It's very simple but so adorable. I always loved big bags that can light up your outfit and give it some definition.

2. Classic Chanel bag. This bag can be worn in 10 years, your kids can wear it. I think it will never be forgotten. Anything that is simple and classy will serve us years and it always will be stylish.

3. Christian Louboutin classic black heels. You can't beat them. I don't know if this is the red sole that causes goosebumps on my skin. Call me crazy but this is another example of classy item. I know that one day I will have them in my wardrobe!

4. Victoria’s Beckham dress. I will take any of them:-p I must confess, I never been a fan of Victoria Beckham, until she started designing clothes. All of those dresses are so well fitted, they underline what's the best in each woman and they are so classy. I love the materials and the cut. The only thing I don't like is the price:-(

5. And the last thing I would love to do............. is to attend to the Paris fashion week. Just Like in Devil's wears Prada. Ahh What do you dream about?

Love
